Priorities of Arts Education in Tajikistan

The Republic of Tajikistan is a peaceful country, eager to self-assertion and self-blossoming. It is rich not only with its purest water, beautiful nature, and proud high mountains. The people of this country also endowed with natural beauty, clean souls and pride for their homeland. The chosen way of democratic direction of Tajikistan is becoming very stable in a very fast tempo. Each year the confidence of the people is rising that soon the country will reach a high prosperity.



It becomes clear that modern Tajikistan should have the appropriate cultural system. In this case, arts education is turning at important factor in culture; it already owns a significant role. And now its mission is not only be opened toward the way to beauty, gently treatment to everything that nature has awarded, to see, to hear, and at the same time be able to listen to this beautiful nature, also more important, involve people around culture.

It is an arts education eventually makes us kinder and teaches to be sensitive to each other. For understanding and mutual cooperation with other people it is necessary self-improvement, transfer knowledge to new generation, inner enrichment, and develop whole human being. In self-development of modern human the culture is a powerful asset for enlargement. There is just a necessity of creative role of culture.

Elaboration of formation strategies and provision of modern society with the slim and powerful cultural system that forms the accepted as pillar of life value system, provides society with perspectives of successful development which is selected by the governmental cultural policy as a pivot point. This is due to the desire to create a coherent network of powerful cultural system, which will provide in the near future, dynamic development of our own culture in the new world, in order to achieve compliance with state cultural policy to global social and cultural trends. It’s clear that we need to update the cultural policy, due to active participation of subjects in the forming and organizing the cultural life, in shaping the development of human resources.
