Introducation to the Arts Education System in Tajikistan

The culture of modern person is formed not only in the school and certain period. The creation of culture is not closed, but multifaceted process. It includes many other social institutions relating to ethnicity, place of residence, religious inclinations, personal interests, social affiliation. The great role belongs to family. Tajik family respects the family trees, seniors, special relationship to fathers and mothers, brothers and sisters, adopted rules of treatments, courteous behavior and attitude towards others, living own culture and hospitality, nutrition, hygiene, clothing, communication, and many other factors. The family as a social institution maintains its important role in modern Tajik society. Another traditional institution is the craft Corporation, an institution that teaches and unites people of professional inclinations all over the life.

The system of art and aesthetic education in the Republic Tajikistan has a structure of formal and informal components and covers various age groups, beginning from the preschool period and to old ages. First of them is the education that carried out within the frames of educational institutions. Second is the education that carried out in organizations and establishments for whom educational activity isn’t the main. Within the limits of formal sector its distinguished core and additional education spheres.

Elaboration of formation strategies and provision of modern society with the slim and powerful cultural system that forms the accepted as pillar of life value system, provides society with perspectives of successful development which is selected by the governmental cultural policy as a pivot point.
