All Armenian medalists received diplomas from the Ministry of Culture of Armenia. During the commencement ceremony, the Deputy Minister of Culture of Armenia Arthur Poghosyan noted: “Since 2002, Armenia has been participating in the Youth Delphic Games held in CIS countries. On this specific Olympic Games in the field of culture, due to their high performing skills, children from Armenia once again showed excellent results. These high rates are the outcome of students’ talent and dedicated work of their tutors.

The Ministry of Culture of Armenia attaches a great importance to the artistic and aesthetic education of children and teens and keeps this in the focus of its attention. In that way, consistent work is being carried out and various target programs are being implemented, such as providing the musical instruments and literature, allocation of scholarships to the most talented children, ensuring their participation in various international events etc. Victories of the children of Armenia on highly reputable international competitions have already become a common occurrence to some extent, for which I express my gratitude to the children, their parents and tutors. Meanwhile may I extend them my congratulations on this common victory".
